GENERAL CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

1. BOOKING
a) The booking is finalized with the payment of a deposit to be agreed with the owner, generally 20% of the amount due for the stay.
b) After making the payment of the deposit, it will be the customer’s responsibility to send the details of confirmation of payment, via e-mail to info@casarainone.it, together with the contractual provisions duly signed for acceptance.
c) The booking form must indicate: the details of the holder of the reservation, the payment details of the deposit, telephone numbers and the name of the other occupants of the accommodation.
d) Only after receiving all the documentation, the house is considered booked.
e) Upon receipt of the booking form, of the payment details, casa rainone will send an e-mail confirming the booking with its telephone numbers attached for the necessary communications regarding the arrival and all the references concerning the stay.

2. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The property will be delivered directly by the owner or by a person delegated by him. The property will be available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. The return must take place by 10:00 am on the day of departure. The return of the house after the scheduled time must be previously agreed with the owner. It is possible to change the times by prior agreement with the owner and only upon express acceptance of the latter, compatibly with the needs and rights of incoming or outgoing customers.

3. DEPOSIT, BALANCE AND DEPOSIT
The rates include: the stay for the established period. The agreed price includes the consumption of water, electricity, gas and bed linen and towels: the only supply at the beginning of the stay.

Rates do NOT include: final cleaning of the accommodation of Euro 50.00 (valid only for weekly nights).

Any requests for Kit Linen exceeding that included in the price will have an additional cost of € 15.00 per package.

To be paid on arrival:
– Security deposit (refundable at end of stay) €. 200.00 in cash;
– Balance in cash or other means of payment to be agreed with the owner.

The balance will be paid upon delivery of the keys (arrival), or before the date of the beginning of the stay with the modalities to be previously agreed.

4. DEPOSIT
Upon delivery of the keys, the customer must pay a sum of € 200.00 (two hundred), in cash, as a security deposit to the owner. This sum will be returned to the customer at the end of the rental, unless the customer causes damage to the accommodation, the furnishings, the building, less any deductions for damage caused and any additional costs not included in the price paid.
In doubtful cases, the owner will keep the entire deposit and return any difference together with the receipt of the expense incurred for the restoration at a later time.
At the beginning of the stay the customer will be given a document containing the list of the furniture, furnishings and furnishings present in the accommodation.

Furthermore, all the information and support necessary for a comfortable and relaxing holiday will be provided.
